The Boxing Circuit class provides high energy, fat burning by combining boxing and kickboxing techniques with strength and cardio drills. Pilates offers a slower paced mind and body experience while building core strength.

Instructors Who Care!
You'll train with instructors who know your name and care that you're there. Our instructors can always modify exercises if you're suffering from injuries or differing medical conditions. We're always ready with a smile. We care about your health and fitness, so provide advice on nutrition, alternative training methods, or, recommendations for health practitioners. We pride ourselves on our personal approach to all clients, the hands-on approach to correcting technique, and personal service at all levels. Our instructors are fully trained and maintain the most up to date qualifications.
